Ross P. Sclafani

From 2004 – 2006, I attended the Film program at Columbia University School of the Arts to study directing. The Columbia program is amazing because its emphasis on story over production technique. I took courses in Screenwriting, Producing and Directing, as well as Cinematography and film history courses including a class in Hitchcock as Auteur taught by the great Andrew Sarris. My time at Columbia heightened my understanding and interest in emotion and the human condition, which have incidentally enhanced my work as a designer as well as filmmaker.
